We have two types of roles

PSW

GW Homecare is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSW) to join our team.  Reporting directly to the Director of Care, the PSW will work under the guidance and direction of registered staff members.

The primary responsibility of the PSW is to provide personalized care to our clients in their homes, respecting their individual needs and preferences. This encompasses physical, emotional, social, and culturally sensitive aspects of care as outlined in each resident's unique care plan of care. The PSW plays a crucial role in promoting the well-being and comfort of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of support and assistance.

All applicants must have their own transportation.

Nursing

We occasionally have roles available for both RNs and RPNs. Our nurses provide care and oversight for our more complex cases of clients requiring specialized care. From working with children in schools to delivering nursing care in our client's homes, the nurses on our team contribute expertise and oversight with the goal of improving the quality of life for GW Homecare clients.
